Tactile Marketing

Tactile marketing is the smart way to execute direct mail. Tactile marketing is direct mail that is tailored to where the prospect is in the buying journey. When used in conjunction with digital messages, tactile marketing converts prospects into customers. Below are examples of tactile marketing campaigns Leslie has implemented based on the appropriate lead funnels:

Half Price Banners received many requests for product samples but did not have a automated sample request workflow. There also were not dedicated samples to send upon request. I designed samples that would be easy to mail in packets as well as highlight product features & benefits. After a prospect filled out the Sample Request Lead Capture the following custom packet was sent:

Wholesale New Customer Registration Funnel

New Customer Registrations for the Wholesale division are acquired through email acquisition campaigns. A lead became a prospect after clicking the email CTA and filling out the New Customer Registration Lead Capture form. After the form was submitted, the prospect was automatically enrolled in the new customer registration email workflow. I designed the catalog below to easily fit inside the sample pack envelope. Products were arranged in specific categories and compared in charts:

Trade Show Lead Funnel

Trade Show leads were acquired through face-to-face marketing efforts at trade shows. A lead became a prospect after he or she provided contact information to the sales team. The prospect was then enrolled into the email automation workflow and sent the appropriate marketing packet for his or her vertical. Real Estate customization example:
