After purchase, customers were sent a "verified purchase" email from the review platform Shopper Approved. Shopper approved is a third-party review service that asks for unbiased reviews from verified customers. Review acquisition is a two-step process:

  • 1st review: request sent via email immediately after purchase

  • 2nd review: request sent via email after order is received

The Shopper Approved integration allowed the review process to be automated, updating on HalfPriceBanners.com in real-time. Reviews were also distributed organically on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook.

The addition of the Hubspot CRM allowed HalfPriceBanners.com to begin sending out reminders for verified buyers to complete the survey. I also added more prominent calls to action and trust elements on the HalfPriceBanners.com site,  increasing review visibility and reputation.
